This technology, designed and manufactured in Penta, has the task of cleaning, protecting the ball and ensuring the correct functioning of the valve.

I raschiatori sono 2 anelli inseriti uno all’interno ed uno all’esterno dei seggi.

The scrapers are 2 rings inserted one inside and one outside the seats.
The scraper rings have to:

  • Clean ball surface during valve operation
  • Protect the seats from abrasion by fluid solid content
  • Avoid wedging in of solids between seat and ball surface cause of valve blocking
  • Reduce dirt that can fill body cavities.

PENTAFITE

Pentafite è un coposto a matrice metallica con dispersione di lubrificante solido utilizzato per l’unico seggio metallico autolubrificante brevettato.

GRAFOIL GASKETS

The graphite gaskets are developed to withstand cryogenic temperatures down to -200°C and with temperatures that reach 400°/1000°C (depending on use).

AUTOMATIC BODY CAVITY RELIEF

The unique construction of Penta valves allows the automatic discharge of the overpressures that can be created in the body cavities.
