3PZ
3-piece ball valve for medium temperatures from -50°C up to +400°C with soft or metal seats
The new 3PZ model can be used on clean services for temperatures up to 400 ° C.
As with all three-piece valves, the central part of the body can be removed for maintenance. The advantage of the new Penta 3PZ model is the possibility of carrying out the pressure test of the central body part as a separate independent part, in order to check the tightness of seats and stem, before mounting it on the piping system.

Stems are 100% oversized against expected torque at max. rating DP.
BOLTING AND FLANGES
All flanges connections are designed according to ASME VIII Div.1 and ANSI B16.34.
BALL
Very high precision grounded balls are produced inside and then they are hard coated with most advanced systems
SEATS
Metallic seats are pre-loading with springs for a perfect low pressure bubble tightness and to recuperate life wearing and different thermal dilatation between internals.
Questa tipologia costruttiva permette inoltre di personalizzare la valvola potendo assemblare al corpo centrale qualsiasi estremità richiesta, anche diversa tra inlet e outlet.
La nuova serie è disponibile con seggi soffici standard in Peek, RPTFE e TFM, seggi metallici in Pentafite, o con kit sfera e seggi in Stellite, Carburo di Cromo, Carburo di Tungsteno.
Il nuovo modello è soggetto a brevetto internazionale.
